Welcome to Teearto. By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

Teearto reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.

By using our website, you confirm that the information you provide while placing an order is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, designs, colors, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.

3. Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may be changed or discontinued without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

Teearto reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving incorrect product information, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or product unavailability.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, any applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable rules.

5. Payments

We may offer payment methods such as UPI, credit/debit cards, online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD) depending on availability.

Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Their own terms, conditions and privacy policies may also apply.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times shown on our website are approximate. Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

7. Exchange Policy

Teearto currently follows an exchange-only policy.

Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

8. Reverse Pickup

Where service is available, we may arrange a reverse pickup for an eligible exchange.

If we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup at the customer's location, the customer will be required to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

Customers should retain the courier receipt and tracking information until the exchange has been completed.

9. Customized & Personalized Products

Customized or personalized T-shirts are generally not eligible for exchange unless the product received is damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed customization/order.

Customers are responsible for checking customization details such as design, text, size, color and placement before confirming their order.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Teearto's website content, branding, logos, graphics, product photographs and original designs are owned by or licensed to Teearto and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

11. User-Submitted Designs

When customers upload images, artwork, logos, text, or other content for customized products, they are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.

Teearto may refuse customization requests containing unlawful or otherwise prohibited content.

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Maintenance, technical problems, updates, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect website availability.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in that policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
